Anthropology. Community. Culture.
Social Scientist | Applied Cultural Anthropologist
Advocate for Conscious Community Culture
Culture shapes us—but we can also reshape it, together.
For over 20 years, I’ve studied how modern life impacts human connection—and how we can reclaim it. From the streets of Brazil to global dialogues, my work blends anthropology, social action, and the transformative power of capoeira to foster resilience, belonging, and conscious change.
Capoeira isn’t just a martial art; it’s a living metaphor for community. Like the roda (circle), society thrives when we balance strength and grace, individuality and collective rhythm. Through research, projects, and grassroots collaboration, I help communities—and the people within them—rewrite the stories that hold them back.
Let’s build cultures that heal, not just exist.
